Where are the products located and shipped from?
All of our products are located in and shipped from Australia. The shipping location can vary based on stock levels and demand; products are kept within either Victoria or New South Wales.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major forms of payment, including credit cards, PayPal & ShopPay. Currently, we do not offer any Buy Now Pay Later methods, however, watch this space - it's not too far away.
Is delivery free?
Yes, all orders placed in Australia come with fast and free delivery Australia-wide.
What if my order is delayed?
Sometimes orders may be delayed, if this is the case and you are wondering where your order is, first read our ‘Shipping Information’ page for further info, then check the Shipping Confirmation email you received, sometimes this can end up in your spam/junk folder, so be sure to look there. If you are still unable to track your order, please contact us via our Contact Us page.

What is The Shopping Urge return policy?
We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with every purchase made from The Shopping Urge, but sometimes, unforeseeable events occur. You have 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return and/or refund. To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with any tags attached. Contact The Shopping Urge via our Contact Us page, and a team member will commence the process if eligible.
My order arrived damaged... what now?
Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged during transit. If you received a damaged item, please contact us immediately with details and photos of the product via our Contact Us page. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
